PORT CHESTER, N.Y. — A Connecticut man was arrested Sunday after police say he tried to eat his DWI test results, according to WHAM.

WHAM reported police stopped a vehicle for speeding around 5:30 a.m. and determined the driver was intoxicated.

Kenneth Desormes, 40, of Greenwich, Conn., was taken into custody. Troopers say when the breathalyzer tests results were printing, the driver grabbed the paperwork and attempted to eat it.

Desormes was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, obstructing governmental administration, and criminal tampering.
