Man in critical condition after being struck by car in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man was taken to the hospital in critical condition Friday night after he was struck by a vehicle while walking across High Point Road.

Tykwan Love Harper, 33, of Greensboro, was struck by a 1999 Honda Civic driven by Marissa Rachel Chmiel Reap, 21, of Greensboro, while crossing High Point Road at about 8:15 p.m., police said.

The investigation is ongoing.

Charges have not been filed.
