GREENSBORO, N.C. — High Point bus maker Thomas Built Buses will begin meeting with governments soon to ask for incentives for an expansion it is considering that could create 236 jobs and $10.5 million in capital investment at a site on the Randolph-Guilford county line.

Loren Hill, president of the High Point Economic Development Corp., said Monday the company will seek incentives from Guilford County, High Point, Archdale and Randolph County because the site touches all four.

The company is asking for a total of about $373,000 in economic development incentives for its location on 713 W. Fairfield Road., Hill said.
