ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. — The high school football game between Reidsville high and Rockingham County has been rescheduled due to safety concerns at Rockingham County High School, according to school officials.
The game between Reidsville and Rockingham County high schools has been set for 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30 at McMichael High School, according Rockingham County school officials.
Extreme cracking has been reported in two light posts at Rockingham County stadium.
The posts may pose a serious threat to public safety if high winds occur, according to the school district.
Reidsville High was to play football at Rockingham County High on Friday night.
