RALEIGH, N.C. – A North Carolina house known as the “party mansion” recently sold for $1 million, according to WNCN.

Clarence Mann bought the home for $1 million on July 30, according to the TV station.

The home is located in the Radcliffe subdivision in North Raleigh. It was originally listed at $2.8 million on June 6, according to real estate website

The house had a reputation for outrageous parties that bothered some nearby residents.
