Gospel singer from Winston-Salem eliminated from ‘Sunday Best’
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Tiquila Wilson, a gospel singer from Winston-Salem, did not make it into the final round of “Sunday Best,” BET’s musical reality competition show, according to the Winston-Salem Journal.
Sunday’s episode narrowed the competition to two finalists.
Wilson, 24, said online that she has no regrets.
“That’s not how my story ends,” Wilson told her fans on Facebook after the episode aired. “I can’t thank God enough for the things He has done and for what He is doing! From one chapter to the next. My experience with BET and ‘Sunday Best’ was amazing. Don’t be mad, saints. … let’s go higher!”
