Tenn. man accused of setting woman on fire during fight over dead dog
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A man has been arrested for allegedly setting a woman on fire in Davidson County, Tenn.
Police say Harold Lunsford showed up to the victim’s home Sunday afternoon and picked a fight with her about her boyfriend’s dog dying before spraying her with starter fluid and setting her on fire.
According to the police report, Lunsford used to live with the victim.
The victim has burns on her chest, arms, neck and face.
Police say Lunsford was stopped Sunday afternoon while he was in car with his wife, who told officers that the lighter fluid was under the passenger seat.
Lunsford has been charged with attempted reckless homicide.
