CARY, N.C. — What does $8.1 billion get you? For Jim Goodnight it gets you the entire state of North Carolina, according to WTVD-TV.

Real estate website Movoto filled out this map with the richest resident in every state.

North Carolina is represented by the SAS co-founder.

Dr. Jim Goodnight, along with John Sall, started the Cary-based business analytics software company in 1976.

If it makes you feel any better, Goodnight is only the 59th richest person in the United States.

My job will end less than 2 years how can I make enough money to quit working for the rest of my life.

Good to have such people in society, the more they are the better for the Nation. The only negative thing is “social” media and publicity. I bet with you if all of those who are working for social media would get rich one day is that they will hate “social” media and publicity until puking. In developed and cultivated european countries would nobody talk about his wage, his property or in general about money not that they have something to fear living in developed and cultivated european countries, but it is a matter of *respect. So it has nothing to do with psychology which is talking about fear or social fear, aso. I thing that they need a therapy not rich people, but how would it be if people will stop visit psychologists, and stop taking the suggested medication at the same time this fake industry. Therefore should the position be changed and the patient should get payed $ 1.000.000 a second during the visit. This would be the best lesson until they would understand that nobody can work for others money. Closing my comment and making it shorter with other words, to the point: Psychologists can work for your money and in other hand all psychologists are cheaters who are just sitting on a chair, getting payed for nothing and are committing modern slavery.

*Respect in general, and specific respect of the privacy other peoples, aka social layers and distances.

And I bet every one of these people listed pays less in taxes every year when compared to the average tax paying citizen! Thats how they continue to stay rich and wealthy because they do not allow the government to nickel and dime then for every single thing on this earth!

I bet you are wrong. In fact, I am fairly certain of it. Most people don’t really understand or pay attention to the details enough to understand, but the effective tax rate of most wealthy Americans is actually higher on average than the effective tax rate of the average American. Roughly half of Americans pay no income taxes, only payroll taxes. The average person making between 100 and 200 thousand pays an effective tax rate or 12 percent or so. The average person making between 1 and 10 million a year pays an effective tax rate of 25% on average.

  • No Hope For Change

Yup John is right the wealthiest pay MOST of the taxes. Don’t believe everything Obama and The Democrats tell you. A simple Google search will reveal how paid taxes are broken down. Like John said many of Americans pay NOTHING AT ALL yes they pay no taxes whatsoever. So that BS about the rich should pay more make no sense at all especially when they are the one’s supplying Americans with jobs. Tax them more they’ll reduce their work force. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY TAXES how about that.
