Three dead in Fayetteville shooting that left three deputies wounded

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Three people, including a child, are dead and three deputies are injured after a shooting in Fayetteville Wednesday morning.

Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting happened in the 5100 block of New Moon Drive around 7 a.m. after deputies were called to the Crystal Springs Mobile Home Park.

The shootout was reportedly the result of a domestic dispute between a man and his grandfather.

Three people are dead including the suspect and a child. Their identities have not been released.

One deputy was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in an unknown condition, while the second deputy was grazed in the leg with a bullet. A third deputy suffered bruising after a bullet struck his baton, according to WTVD.

    This grandfather and father that lost his life was a outstanding veteran and people should respect such and name call. Please people don’t glorify in someone’s else mishaps because you never know when the devil is coming for you.
