Police respond to armed robbery at Greensboro residence

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police responded to a robbery around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers responded to a residence in the 1900 block of Randleman Road in reference to a robbery.

The victim stated she heard her door bell ring and answered the door. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim, demanded money and entered the residence. The victim gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money and property.

The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The suspect was described as a black male, 24-26 years old, 5’9″ with slim build, wearing a gray knitted hat with a brim, a plain white  T-shirt and black jogging pants with a white stripe down the leg.
