NC State veterinary school researching dog genome to learn more about cancer in humans

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Ask most scientists and they're likely to tell you that true innovation comes when researchers from different areas collaborate.

Sometimes, those areas can seem pretty far apart.

In this edition of the Buckley Report, researchers at North Carolina State's veterinary school are showing that the work they are doing may be what saves us humans in the not too distant future.
