CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A University of North Carolina-Charlotte student and martial artist battling Leukemia got a chance to meet Chuck Norris.

WBTV reported that the wish-granting organization Dream On 3 flew 20-year-old Jack Bretz to Las Vegas over the weekend to meet the martial arts legend.

Bretz was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocyctic Leukemia last year. Bretz is a martial artist who practices Tang Soo Do.

Norris presented Bretz with a Black Belt in Chun Kuk Do. Bretz told WBTV that the experience was amazing.

“The time of my life,” he said. “Vegas – Chuck Norris – You can’t wrong!”
