Greensboro home invasion suspects flee empty-handed

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are investigating after a home invasion took place in Greensboro Wednesday morning.

Police say two men forced their way into a home in the 3100 block of Creek Ridge Road about 2:15 a.m. and demanded money from the victims at gunpoint.

When the victims told the suspects they had no money, the two men left the house and drove off in a metallic green Honda Accord with chrome rims.

No one was injured in the incident.

The two suspects are black men in their 20s, 6’0″ with medium builds. One had short hair and was wearing a gray-and-white striped shirt. The second one had medium-length dreadlocks and was wearing a dark-colored T-shirt.

Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 336-373-1000.
