Greensboro woman dies from injuries after being hit by car in June
GREENSBORO, N.C. — A woman has died from her injuries after she was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street in Greensboro last month.
Police say 33-year-old Natasha Michelle Worthy of Greensboro was taken to Moses Cone Hospital after she was hit on June 27.
The victim was walking south and crossing West Florida Street shortly before 10 p.m. when it happened, according to police.
The car was being driven by Dorell Kelenne Edwards of Greensboro.
No charges will be filed.
