Eden woman accused of burning clothes, boyfriend’s truck
EDEN, N.C. — A woman was arrested after police say she set some clothes on fire in the back of her boyfriend’s truck Friday morning.
The News & Record is reporting that Angela Dawn McBride, 39, of 3011 Price Grange Road, is charged with burning personal property.
Firefighters responded to McBride’s home just before 3 a.m. where the truck was engulfed in flames.
The vehicle, which was owned by McBride and her boyfriend, was completely destroyed, officials say.
No one was injured.
McBride is being held at the Rockingham County Jail. She is scheduled to appear in court on July 16.
