LOUISBURG, N.C. — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the discovery of a newborn baby buried in a backyard on Sunday, according to WRAL.

The baby was reportedly found in a grocery bag behind a home in the Fox Ridge subdivision just before midnight on Sunday.

Investigators tell WRAL they believe the baby was born Sunday inside the home that a teen mother shared with her parents. A preliminary report from the medical examiner’s office found that the baby was born healthy.

The mother was in the hospital as of Monday evening.

No charges have been filed at this time.

This makes me sick!!! What is wrong with people that life is so disposable. There are so many people who would love to adopt a baby. Leave the child at a fire station, police station, church, anywhere where it will be found quickly.

I hope this child is served justice to unlike the one in previous trial…. its a shame that people are theway they are… what gives them the right to do this! There are so many in the world that want kids but can’t have them!!!! Hope the girl is charged with murder!!!

If you’re old enough to be on your back, you’re old enough to give birth……or Safe Haven, or put up for adoption, or use birth control…..put your big girl panties on and handle your responsibility, no excuse for this!!
