FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — A woman wanted in connection with two bank robberies in the Piedmont and in Virginia is now in custody.

Police arrested Jillian Joelle Bailey in Daytona Beach, Fla. and extradited her to Forsyth County.

Police identified her as the suspect in the June 4 robbery of the Kernersville branch of High Point Bank.

Officials learned that Bailey had committed additional bank robberies in other areas, including Henry County, Va., the same day as the incident in Kernersville and Bailey had also previously robbed a Credit Union in Clemmons.

Bailey is charged with attempted common law robbery and common law robbery.

She is currently being held in the Forsyth County Jail and could face more charges in Virginia.
