MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich. — A shirtless man carrying a four-foot metal pipe charged a Muskegon County Sheriff’s Office cruiser Sunday night and smashed the windshield, according to the Muskegon Chronicle. The whole thing was caught on video.
Authorities said the deputy had no time to react when the man charged the cruiser and jumped into the windshield.
Deputies said the man, later identified as Calquan Dion Burr, appeared to be “under the influence of mind-altering drugs.”
One witness who saw Burr prior to the incident with the cruiser said the man appeared to be “drunk or high and was talking about seeing blue orbits.”
To make matters weirder, deputies say Burr claimed he was from the “Planet Zoltron” and that his father sent him. He also claimed he could have “tackled that car and could have crushed it if he wanted to,” according to the police report.
Burr was placed in the Muskegon County Jail for the incident. He also had warrants out for his arrest for failing to register as a sex offender and for being a habitual offender.
