HIGH POINT, N.C. — A car crashed into a house in High Point just before 6 p.m. on Monday.
According to police, the house is located in the 3200 block of Forestview Drive.
No one was driving the car at the time that it rolled down a hill and struck the house. The car either slipped out of park and rolled down the hill or was never properly placed in park.
There was a person in the home at the time but there were no injuries.
City inspectors were evaluating the house to determine if it can be occupied without immediate repairs Monday evening.
