Mother who received disturbing texts from missing daughter’s phone reunited with daughter

UPDATE 8:30 p.m. — The Ohio mother and her missing daughter have been reunited, WJW reports.

Lakeya Williams told FOX 8 Cleveland on Tuesday that her daughter, Chaday Lentes, 15, had been found.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — An Ohio mother searching for her 15-year-old daughter who has been missing for more than a week says she has received several disturbing text messages from her daughter’s cell phone, according to WJW.

Chaday Lentes went to visit a friend on May 30th and never returned home. Since then, the girl’s mother, Lakeya Williams, says she has been receiving disturbing text messages from her daughter’s cellphone.

Some of the texts:

“I killed yo baby b****.”

“That’s y she not comein back, she bout some were far.”

“She was calling yo name… f*** that haha she wanna come home but not.”

“It’s so confusing because you don’t know what to think,” the missing girl’s aunt, Terry Walker, told WJW.

Deputies are investigating.

    I’m glad the texter didn’t murder the young girl but he really killed the English language with his texts.
