Police say man hit by car, killed yesterday on Bryan Boulevard committed suicide

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police now say that a man’s death on Bryan Boulevard yesterday was the result of a suicide.

The man was killed after being hit by a vehicle Sunday afternoon in Greensboro.

Police said it happened when an Acura struck the man around 3:45 p.m. The eastbound lanes of Bryan Boulevard at New Garden Road were closed for more than four hours.

Police said the man died after being taken to Cone Health.

The 27-year-old man reportedly purposely ran in front of the vehicle. The driver tried to avoid him but was unable to.

No charges will be filed against the driver.

    If I where to go that route I would wait for a police or state trooper !! Faster to get the paperwork done !
