Woman charged in accident with WSFCS school bus

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — No one was injured in a wreck that involved a school bus and car in Winston-Salem Wednesday morning.

The crash happened around 7:50 a.m. on Millbrook Drive as a car was making a right turn onto Millbrook Drive and struck the left rear corner of the bus, which was trying to make a right turn onto 30th Street from Millbrook Drive.

The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County school bus #283 from North Hills Elementary was transporting eight children at the time of the wreck.

No one in either vehicle was injured.

Both vehicles sustained less than $1,000 total in damages.

The driver of the car, Princess Camille Floyd, was charged with driving while license revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle.
