Four Greensboro police cars broken into at station headquarters

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Four police vehicles were broken into over the weekend in Greensboro.

The marked police cars were broken into between 5 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, according to officials.

The incident happened at police headquarters downtown at 100 Police Plaza.

Officials say cars were locked and the offenders broke windows to gain entry.

Nothing was stolen from the vehicles.

There is no video footage of the incident and there are no suspects at this time.

The cost of damage to the cars is unknown.
