RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh teenager is accused of using his cell phone to record women in their bathrooms and filming under the bathroom door.
WRAL-TV reported that Kendrick James Sheppard Jr., 17, was arrested and charged Saturday with multiple counts of sexual offense, secret peeping and possessing photographic image from peeping.
The suspect is also accused of sexually touching one of the victims and exposing himself. Authorities said he knew the victims before the alleged crimes occurred.
