Funny how Reidsville had $60,000 to spend on “art” where the Confederate monument stood for over a century, yet they are now trying to justify a looming tax increase with their $300,000 deficit. But this is the leadership that city voters selected last fall, so let them deal with, and enjoy, THEIR higher taxes.
