Man, woman killed in SC plane crash identified

CHESTER COUNTY, S.C. — A 24-year-old Marine was one of the victims who died in the plane crash that killed two people over the weekend in Chester County.

The Chester County Coroner identified the crash victims as Ericson Davis, 24, and Anisa Rossi, 22.

Davis was a U.S. Marine from Florida and Rossi was from Rhode Island.

Both were found dead in the wreckage.

Authorities said their plane crashed Friday after leaving Wilmington, N.C. headed for Columbia, S.C. enroute to Savannah, Ga. It had been missing since Sunday night and was found Monday in Chester County.

The plane was registered to Warriors to Wings Aero Club.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
