Hummus, dips from Target and Trader Joe’s recalled
A company is voluntarily recalling more than 14,000 pounds of hummus and dips due to listeria concerns.
The FDA said the products, produced by Lansal Inc./Hot Mama’s Foods, were sent to Target, Giant Eagle and Trader Joe’s stores across the country.
The recalled foods include Archer Farms Traditional Hummus sold at Target, Chipotle Hummus & Garlic Hummus sold at Giant Eagle and 5-Layer Dip sold at Trader Joe’s.
The Food and Drug Administration said the potential for contamination was discovered during a routine test.
No illnesses have been reported.
