Deaths of Greensboro couple ruled murder-suicide
GREENSBORO, N.C. — The deaths of a husband and wife in Greensboro last Friday have been ruled a murder-suicide, according to police.
The incident happened at the couple’s home at 308 Burtner Street on May 16.
After further investigation, police say Patrick Lamont Isley, 44, fatally shot his wife, 40-year-old Pretina Marie Tatum and then turned the weapon on himself.
Police responded to the couple’s home on May 16 a 6:30 p.m. and found the two victims dead inside the home.
A neighbor told FOX8 that Isley left behind three dogs and three young children. She said the kids are now staying with their grandmother.
