GREENSBORO, N.C. – The largest water park in the Carolinas will celebrate the beginning of summer with a “fun-filled family opening” on Saturday.
Wet’n Wild Emerald Pointe in Greensboro will celebrate its 30th anniversary season from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Memorial Day weekend.
The park will operate this year from Saturday, June 7th to Monday, Sept. 1st.
Wet’n Wild features more than 36 rides and attractions and has been ranked as one of the top ten water parks in the country, according to park officials.
Season passes are $99.99. Daily passes are $35.99 for general all day admission (over 48 inches tall) and $24.99 for junior all day admission (under 48 inches tall). Children 2 and younger are free. For more information, visit www.emeraldpointe.com.
