Winston-Salem police arrest fugitive on drug charges

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Winston-Salem police have arrested a fugitive on federal drug charges after finding him and executing a search warrant at his home.

Zachary Fletcher faces various charges after police seized counterfeit money, crack cocaine, Xanax pills, 13 banks cards and other items from his home.

Winston-Salem police said they saw the suspect on Friday and recognized him for being a fugitive.

He allegedly ran into his home in the 800 block of North Cameron Avenue and was arrested after officers executed a search warrant.

The suspect faces various charges including trafficking cocaine, possessing counterfeit currency and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

        Statistically African Americans are twice as likely to default on home loans than whites, three times as likely to default on auto loans than whites, and 16 times as likely to default on student loans than whites.

        It was arguably one of the largest travesties in the housing market.
        I’m having a hard time understanding the relevance of your “default on loans ” reference.

    The issue shouldn’t be who’s the worse criminal or which crime is worse. He broke the law and now he has to face the circumstances, plain and simple.
