Winston-Salem man arrested for armed robbery of Bojangles

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Police assisted the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force on a warrant service Friday evening.

Officers responded to an apartment in the 800 block of Willow Street to serve a warrant on Brian Terrell Jackson, 27, of Winston-Salem, in reference to the armed robbery of a Bojangles on North Patterson Avenue on Monday evening.

Jackson refused to exit the residence and threatened to harm any officers who entered. The area was secured by Task Force and Winston-Salem Police Department officers.

After repeated refusals to exit the apartment, officers entered and were able to arrest Jackson.

No injuries were reported.

Jackson was taken before the Magistrate and served with an outstanding warrant. At this time, a bond has not been established.
