Lexington woman dies from injuries sustained in wreck
LEXINGTON, N.C. – A Lexington woman died this week from injuries sustained from a head-on car crash from about two weeks ago, according to The Lexington Dispatch.
Meredith Roxanne Everhart, 41, died from injuries stemming from a two-vehicle wreck May 2 on West Center Street Extension near Walser Lane.
Everhart was driving a 1991 Nissan pickup truck headed east on West Center Street Extension while 60-year-old Teddy Lynn Walser was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Impala west, officials said.
Walser and his passenger crossed the center line for an unknown reason and struck the Nissan, according to authorities.
