Homicide victim found outside Greensboro hotel identified

GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man found dead in the parking lot of a hotel in Greensboro has been identified.

The body of Antonio Jerresse Harden, 27, was found in the parking lot of the Red Carpet Inn at 3349 Isler Street.

Police are treating his death as a homicide.

Police responded to a 911 call of a possible stabbing or shooting at 4:11 p.m. Monday and when they arrived, police found the man suffering from an undetermined trauma.

Harden was pronounced dead at Moses Cone Hospital.

An autopsy is scheduled for today.

No suspects have been identified and police say the motive for the killing is unclear.

The investigation is ongoing.
