Greensboro police investigate homicide reported at hotel parking lot

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Greensboro police said they’re investigating a homicide reported Monday afternoon at a hotel parking lot.

Police said it happened around 4 p.m. at the Red Carpet Inn at 3303 Isler St. The name of the victim and circumstances surrounding the incident have not been released.

Police said they found the male victim in the parking lot suffering from an undetermined trauma.

Emergency workers took the victim to Moses Cone Hospital where he was pronounced deceased, officials said.

No suspects have been identified. The investigation is ongoing.
