There was no excuse for this….how could a parent not know his/her baby is in the car? I used to look in front and back every time I exited my car and still do! I have always known where my child was and never left him in the car.

Unlawful neglect of a child?? How about murder!! You forget your keys or phone in your car; you don’t forget your child. There is no excuse what so ever for forgetting your child in a car.

if this baby didnt die would it have been the same as the women with the interview and left two kids in the car? Then had money raised in the amount of several thousands of dollars. It is a shame a baby died but it was also a shame that the other lady got money. I have two kids wouldnt leave them in a car that young interview or not they would have went in with me and i would have just explained. Ive had to do it before wouldnt hesitate to do it again.

It’s so easy to sit here and judge, especially when it’s not you or your loved one.
I don’t know this man, but I do know that the ENTIRE community has said nothing but good things about him. They know him. But never mind that.
The thing is who really gives you the right to judge, when you don’t know the whole story? One day, you may just look back and realize how ignorant it is to make assumptions without all of the knowledge. If you’re lucky enough to become that wise.
