HIGH POINT, N.C. -- It has been one month since the discovery of the Heartbleed Bug; a major flaw in Internet security that went undetected for more than two years and put passwords, credit card numbers and other sensitive information at risk of being stolen.

A patch has since been issued but it's up to affected websites to correct the flaw. So are you any safer now than one month ago?

FOX8's Michael Spears speaks with a High Point University professor to find out what, if anything, can be done to protect yourself.
