Durham family wants answers after shooting death
DURHAM, N.C. — A Durham family said they’re disappointed in the lack of progress in the investigation of the February 1 shooting death of 28-year-old Alfredo D. Jobel.
WTVD-TV reported that the father of two was sitting in a car in front of his home when bullets were fired from a passing car.
Jobel’s brother said the family needs closure and whoever did it should be brought to justice.
“He was only 28-years-old, only 28 years when he died. His birthday was only four days away. He had no enemies that anyone can think of. Everybody who knows him can sit there and tell someone ‘Hey, he was a good person,'” said Gary Anderson.
The family said there have been no arrests, and they’ve gotten little information from investigators.
