while all you people are getting caught up in some racial debate – try this out – new york taxpayers are providing him food / shelter / heat / hotwater / free medical / and now a public defender, not to mention the thousands of dollars wasted in the court employees, police, vet and staff, and numerous other agencies with staff – and all the supporting expenses to operate and maintain such..
seems a little street justice would save a lot of money..
what’s in your wallet – you should decide..

I love animals. Horrific. I was hurt more than that cat at Dr Andrew Fagelman’s 155 Spring St by violent lying receptionist office manager Delita Hooks who was not arrested or fired.

Help me shame all involved included NYPD.
    difference.

The NYPD an internal affairs fix crime in my opinion based on my own experience.

While this is wrong and I hope the cat wasn’t hurt badly, I am unable to comprehend how this guy kicks a cat and gets thrown in jail, yet a doctor ruined my body and damaged my baby’s head while delivering her and I can’t do a thing to him; not even sue him. Several attorneys told me that while it was definately malpractice our injuries weren’t ‘severe’ enough to take him to court. My out of pocket costs would be too much for it to be worth the trouble……….Thankful that she is alive and I’m now okay, but it’s just really aggravating.

Just another version of the knockout game. If Obama had a son, he’d look just like Andre Robinson.
