‘God’s Not Dead’ movie addresses hostility toward Christians

GREENSBORO, N.C. — God’s existence was a nearly universal assumption for the past 2,000 years, but in the modern day with all the technology and scientific knowledge we have, there are some who doubt it.

This has left many Christians feeling that America has a hostile atmosphere toward members of their faith.

A new movie made by a small, independent film company is telling that story in the surprise hit of the year, called “God’s Not Dead.”

The film was made for just $2 million and has already grossed more than $50 million, outselling many of the big budget productions from the traditional studios.

In this edition of the Buckley Report you will meet a man who took quite a turn in his life to come to the point where he relates quite well to the main characters in this movie. You will also hear from a professor at a local university who has traveled the same road – in the other direction.
