Brothers in Burlington face 94 charges after series of vehicle break-ins
BURLINGTON, N.C. — Two brothers in Burlington face a total of 94 charges after a series of multiple vehicle break-ins since March 2013.
Dominick Gabriel Gutierrez, 20, and his brother Christopher Anthony Gutierrez, 23, both of Durham Street, Burlington, were identified as the suspects by deputies.
Both brothers are each charged with 19 counts of breaking and entering, 15 counts of misdemeanor larceny, seven counts of financial card theft, three counts of misdemeanor possession of stolen property, two counts of larceny of a firearm and one count of felony larceny.
The men are in jail under a $500,000 bond each. Their court date is set for April 25.
