UPDATE: A Silver Alert for a missing Forsyth County woman has been canceled, officials said early Wednesday.

The alert for the woman, Teresa Gail Fink, 34, was issued late Tuesday.

No other information was available.

RALEIGH, N.C. — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman, 34-year-old Teresa Gail Fink.

Fink is described as being a white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 110 pounds, with long brown hair and green eyes. She was wearing black pants, a grey North Face jacket and black Nike shoes at the time of her disappearance.

Fink is believed to be traveling in a red 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier with North Carolina registration CJE-2238.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Fink, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
