APAC Customer Services in High Point plans to add at least 500 jobs

HIGH POINT, N.C. — APAC Customer Services call center in High Point plans to add hundreds of new jobs, they announced Friday.

The call center will be adding about 500 new jobs and is looking to hire people immediately.

According to the News and Record, APAC said Monday that it expects to hire an additional 350 workers this fall after it fills the 500 new jobs it announced Friday.

The company, which handles various contracted services, announced the addition of jobs last week.

The new positions will support a major telecommunications client. Positions will include data entry, phone sales support and claims processing.

The first 100 workers will begin training today. The hiring process will continue through July.
