CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — A UNC student has been arrested after police responded to a call of a reported sexual assault.
Police told WTVD that 21-year-old Charles Talmadge was naked and acting erratically outside Lewis Residence Hall when they found him late Friday night.
Police say after they arrived, Talmadge continued to act erratically and resisted arrest. Officers tased him before taking him into custody.
He has been charged with breaking and entering, resist/obstruct/delay of arrest, assault on law enforcement officers, vandalism, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing.

He vandalized and destroyed the hallway, broke into people’s rooms, and reportedly sexually assaulted someone. That is both unusual and dangerous.

I highly doubt it was on his person lol. Most likely they found it in his room after they obtained a search warrant.

This guy lives down the street from me and I have known him forever, he is a good guy who made some dumb decisions that’s all. I am also curious if there have been at news reports like videos or something.
