If you’ve considered donating blood, this week is the perfect time.

March is Red Cross Month, so Guilford County Police, Fire and EMS are trying to see who can get the most blood donations at the Greensboro Blood Center.

The winner gets a trophy …  and bragging rights.

“Pints for Patches” is going on today through Saturday at the Nussbaum Blood Center on Yanceyville Street in Greensboro

This is something everybody who is in good health should do. If not this blood drive then another.
It is an easy way to help in your community.
