Two men charged in Stokesdale convenience store armed robbery

WENTWORTH, N.C. — Police have charged two men in connection with the robbery of a Stokesdale convenience store on Feb. 19.

Dalton Chavis Hodges, 25, of Greensboro, and Adrian Michael Polanco, 25, of Greensboro, have both been charged with felonious robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Police say the two robbed the Red Birch Convenience Store, located at 1701 U.S. 220 in Stokesdale, near the Rockingham County/Guilford County line.

Both men were already in custody at the Guilford County Jail for various other charges.

No bond or court date has been set for Hodges or Polanco regarding these charges.
