You've probably heard by now that if you can predict the winners of all the games in this year's NCAA tournament, there is a guy who is going to give you a billion dollars.

A lot of people are calling it "Buffett's Billions" due to billionaire Warren Buffett insuring the contest.

One Buffett heard how long the odds of winning are, he began to wonder if he should have even bothered to insure it.
