Reidsville Police investigate shooting near mobile home park

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. — Reidsville Police are investigating a shooting early Sunday morning that left one person hospitalized with a gunshot wound.

Police say they responded to the area near Browns Mobile Home Park in Reidsville to reports of multiple gunshots around 4:43 a.m.

After an investigation, they discovered two vehicles were on the side of the road near the mobile home park in the 1900 block of Pickrell Road.

After multiple gunshots were fired from the area, a victim was hit by two projectiles.

The victim, who was taken to Annie Penn Hospital, has not been identified.
