Missing 5-year-old Virginia girl is safe, Amber Alert canceled

ORANGE COUNTY, Va. — An Amber Alert issued Wednesday for a 5-year-old Virginia girl has been canceled.

Amiyah Monet Dallas was reported missing on Wednesday, prompting the Amber Alert.

A Virginia State Police Trooper spotted the suspect’s vehicle while on patrol in Accomack County. The child was safely recovered.

The aunt, Olivia N. Dallas, was taken into custody without incident,” according to State Police.

“On behalf of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, we appreciate the media’s immediate attention to this AMBER Alert and assisting with coverage.”
