ATLANTA — ESPN has canceled its Thursday night television broadcast of the UNC vs. Georgia Tech game in Atlanta due to weather.

The game is scheduled to be played at 7 p.m. Thursday.

To listen to the game on radio, find your closest UNC Tar Heel radio network.

As of 2 p.m., the game remains set for a 7 p.m. start at McCamish Pavilion. However, the status of the game could change.

    the ACC Game Postponement/Cancellation policy dictates that the only reason a game should be postponed and/or cancelled is if the conditions affect the safety of the teams or game officials involved. . Provided the teams and officials are able to make it to the arena safely, the game will be played.

    North Carolina’s team is in Atlanta and is expected to make it to the arena.
