GRAHAM, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a man last seen in Graham who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Claude Spencer Chamberlain, 42, was last seen at 212 Graham Road. His direction of travel is unknown.

Chamberlain was described as being six feet tall, approximately 205 pounds, with short grey hair and blue eyes.

At the time Chamberlain went missing he was wearing blue jeans, a camouflage hat, black coat and grey and blue Nike shoes.

Anyone with information regarding Chamberlain’s location is asked to call the Haw River Police Department at 336-570-6777.

Editor’s note: A Silver Alert was initially issued stating the man’s name as Chamberlain Claude Spencer. A correction was issued at 8:15 p.m. and the name has been corrected in the story above.
